Private Camping Trips

Our beautiful bell-tent site 'Holmsted Himalayas' is available to book privately from April through til September. Whether it's a family get-together, catching up with long lost friends or a birthday celebration, we will do our best to accommodate. Our tents sleep up to 40 people, and we can help with added extras such as mobile bars, food trucks and entertainment.

Our central stretch tent provides the perfect hub for you and your friends/family, and there's plenty of space to pitch up with your own tent or campervan if you prefer!

Our pricing is incredibly competitive in comparison to other sites and fields offering this locally, and there's no need to hire in expensive toilets, showers, generators and tents as we have all these on site already.

If you're planning a party or event, we've got it covered. We host a huge variety of events up at The Himalayas, with mains power, toilets, showers and 20 acres of space, we can accomodate a huge variety of uses!

Whether it's hen/stag parties, birthdays, corporate events, wedding parties or retreats, we can help make your event one to remember.

Our site is equipped with the following:

- Large communal space with lighting and seating

- Option to hire bell tents (to sleep up to 80 people).

Our site offers the perfect base for retreats, yoga, wellness sessions and anything else you can think of; with beautiful views, a peaceful idyllic setting, access to covered space, showers, toilets and plenty of parking!

Our beautiful site is the perfect place to host a huge variety of things. We've had yoga sessions, wellness retreats and even a sauna pop-up at The Himalayas since we've been open (Sauna Yoku, on site this summer!). Go to www.saunayoku.co.uk to book.

We have plenty of space, access to power and water, and even a wild swimming pond so you can cool off after your event!
